Can't wait to see the cabin covered in snow like that. Certainly looks like a winter wonderland.

You forgot to mention what a bargain it is compared to the Tennessee side of the Smokies. Add to that how everything you want to see is so much more convenient and you can't beat it for your upcoming vacation.

2010 is shaping up to be a busy year. With the 75th anniversary of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the local economy rebounding faster than most other areas, I suggest you start looking to book your room now. Places as beautiful and secluded as Mystic Mountain Cabin will be getting hard to find. Located in the hub of the best motorcycle riding in the Smoky Mountains, it's the ideal spot to base out of. Ride 'till you drop then kick back and enjoy the luxurious peaceful and relaxing setting in the evening. Big thumbs up from me, highly recommended!

As a member of the Maggie Valley Chamber, I picked up a few of your sample maps last year. The details of the Maggie Valley/Hot Springs Ride cannot be duplicated on any of the typical maps from traditional sources. You don't have to be on a motorcycle to appreciate the convenience of these special maps which really get you there and back with ease. Hot Springs also has a great hike called Lover's Leap and several good restaurants. We welcome bikers to our cabin in Maggie, Mystic Mountain Cabin. We have had several bikers stay with us over the years and they tell me access to our cabin was great for them.

Just retuned from a WONDERFUL stay at Mystic Mt. The Boxman's go above and beyond in making you feel welcome in their home! The cabin is not only in a beautiful, private location but has every comfort of your own personal home. Another bonus was the welcome package that Donna leaves for all her renters! Very nice touch!! We enjoyed the daily visits from her feathered friends! Spent every morning and evening on that relaxing long porch just enjoying the sounds of the creek and birds.

Maggie Valley has so much to offer! Pleasant and friendly residents, wonderful restaurants and what I liked the best...NO FAST FOOD CHAINS! We enjoyed the shops and loved the fact that the town has not changed very much through the years.

Ghost Mountain was a great day activity! Entertaining for the young to the old, the talent that the new owners have found was fantastic! The rides were also a highlight for my son. And "Ranger Buck" said that the park will be expanding over the next 7 yrs! We can't wait!

We found ourselves at the top of Mt Mitchell one day and in the bottom of Cataloochee Valley the next. To see an Elk in the wild was an excitement in itself! And the views of the mountain ranges from the top of Mt Mitchell left us breathless!

And as if we couldn't get enough nature, a day trip to the Arboretum in Asheville was another pleasure. The Bonsai exhibit was amazing! We enjoyed strolling along the easy walking paths along the stream side reading about all the natural vegetation on the well marked trails. After we worked up an appetite, we rode over to Black Mountain and ate at a Cafe and enjoyed some shopping in the quaint town. It is full of arts and crafts stores!

There is just so much to enjoy in that part of the NC Mountains, and being that we didn't get to do it all...hopefully the Boxman's will not mind our business again!!
